Dr. Charles Burl Brindle, MD

is the Chief of Staff at Belmond Medical Center. He is a Family Practice Physician, specializing in Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Brindle has attended all three major Iowa Universities. He earned his BA from the University of Northern Iowa in 1977, his Medical Degree from the University of Iowa in 1981 and his MBA from Iowa State in 1994.
Dr. Brindle is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine; certified by the American Association of Medical Review Officers; certified by the American Board of Family Medicine in Geriatric Medicine; and certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. Dr. Brindle has been practicing medicine since 1984. Prior to joining Belmond Medical Center, he practiced medicine at Sheffield Medical Clinic in Sheffield, Mercy Family Care in Osage and Wright Medical Center in Clarion. Dr. Brindle has served as the Medical Director of the Rehabilitation Center of Belmond since 2008.
