Christy Smith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience in the mental health field. She considers herself an agent of change who is passionate about helping her clients, including children, adults, couples, and families, find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships. Christy specializes in generalized anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar I or II disorders to name a few. She specializes in treating OCD using ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). Christy completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Arkansas Little Rock. She works closely with each individual to provide quality services that will treat the needs of that individual and build a strong therapeutic relationship.
