Dr. Daly attended Oakwood University (a UNCF affiliated institution) receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine earning a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1991. He successfully completed a podiatric surgical residency (PSR-12) at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine Affiliated Hospitals in 1992. Dr. Roger F. Holt, nationally renowned podiatric physician and surgeon recruited Dr. Daly to join the prestigious Holt Podiatry Associates, January 1994.Dr Daly moved to Chicago, IL and began his professional journey as the newest member to the staff of podiatric physicians. He worked under the intense supervision of Dr. Holt for seven years, where his expertise, technical and professional skills grew stronger. November of 2000, Dr. Daly assumed the mantle of head podiatric physician as a result of the death of his mentor and teacher Dr. Roger F. Holt.
