Dr. Cody Hedrick

Cody Hendrick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been providing therapy for just over 11 years He enjoy working with all types of clients through many different struggles including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, relationship strengthening, life transitions, suicidal ideation, life skills, financial skills building, and most importantly self care issues. Cody earned his Master’s degree from New Mexico Highlands. Through his professional experience and struggles with anxiety and depression himself, he has been able to support many people in several different ways and locations Cody uses several different styles in therapy including narrative and talk therapy, mindfulness and meditation, positive psychology, psychoeducation, and more. Cody will teach you new skills and help you understand your brain and thinking in ways you never have before. With that new knowledge he will help you learn how to get to the goals you want to achieve, work …through the emotions that you are struggling with, and begin to live your life in the pursuit of joy again.
