Dr. Craig Herbert Fountain, MD

DR. CRAIG H. FOUNTAIN
Dr. Craig H. Fountain received his dental education from
the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Dentistry in 2001. He completed
his residency in 2005 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. Dr. Fountain
is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental
Association, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Fountain has also served as president for the Resort District Dental
Society. Dr. Fountain practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial
surgery including dental extractions, dental implants, facial trauma,
jaw joint surgery, facial reconstructive surgery, sleep apnea, and orthognathic
surgery. Dr. Fountain is on staff at Munson Medical Center and practices
in Cadillac, Alpena, and Traverse City.
