Meet Dr. Daniel Johnson:Dr. Johnson graduated from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1979. He was an emergency room doctor at the Trauma Center at Desert Hospital in Palm Springs for ten years, and co-medical director of Eisenhower Immediate Care centers for five years.In the traditional medical field, Dr. Johnson found that he was treating patients for diseases that could have been prevented. After experiencing his own series of health problems, in multiple cases he found good treatment alternatives to solely relying on medication and has since found that in most cases, integrative care provides solutions, outside of prescriptions alone, for most everything.While he recognizes ERs and hospitals are important for immediate care, he has become passionate about helping prevent diseases and addressing the underlying causes rather than mere symptom management. His passion for integrative medicine isn’t about cutting off all western philosophies, it’s about bridging all the …health philosophies to help healing and prevent disease.He is currently the medical director at the Longevity Research Institute in Palm Desert, CA and at the Anti-Fragility Health Clinic in Anaheim, CA.
