Dr. David Elazar Simai, MD

I am a Solo – Practitioner at my Private office in Cedarhurst, New York. I started my practice in New York in 2005.
Born into the Simai family, I was raised to be a physician. My father practiced as an OB/GYN in France, Iran and Israel and instilled in me the love of medicine.
I truly enjoyed working in Kiryas Joel – Monroe from 2003-2009 as an attending pediatrician. I saw over 100,000 patient visits in those years and had exciting cases and accomplishments.
In 2005 I decided to move back to Long island from monsey in order to be close to my aging parents. In 2009 I quit my position in Monroe and started working full time at my private practice in Cedarhurst.
Graduated Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim in Queens with Honors, High School Salutatorian – 1993.
Graduated Yeshiva University with Honors, Summa Cum Laude – 1996.
Graduated SUNY Downstate Medical Center – 2000
General Pediatric Residency at LIJ – Schneider Children’s Hospital 2000-2003.
