Dr. Hamer began his career with an undergraduate degree from Columbia University. He then traveled across Manhattan to NYU’s medical school for his M.D. and completed his education with an internship and residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Following his fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Hamer moved to Houston, where he founded SEHC in 1997.
