Dr. Anmuth joined Allergy & ENT Associates, formerly Allergy & Asthma Associates in July, 2007. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and American Board of Allergy and Immunology. In addition, he is a member of both the American Academy and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
In 1998, Dr. Anmuth graduated with highest honors from Lehigh University located in Bethlehem, PA and received his medical degree in 2002 from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed a three year pediatric training at Thomas Jefferson University/AI Dupont Hospital for Children (Philadelphia, PA/Wilmington, DE) and then went to Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children%u2019s Hospital where he performed a two year fellowship in adult and pediatric allergy/immunology.
During his training, Dr. Anmuth participated in several projects and lead presentations which focused on public health topics such as the effects of environmental tobacco …smoke on childhood asthma and the relationship of obesity (body mass index) and asthma. Throughout his research and in daily practice, Dr. Anmuth%u2019s main goal is patient and family education. He strongly believes that proper awareness, guidance and treatment will enable those with allergic disease to live fuller and more active lives.
Dr. Anmuth enjoys being active in the community and has been a Big Brother, a volunteer baseball coach, and an asthma camp counselor.
