Among plastic surgeons, not only in Boston, but nationwide, Dr. Guenther is exceptionally well trained. He did his residency in Surgery at Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital, his residency in Plastic Surgery at UCLA and a fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery at UTSW in Dallas, TX. At each point, he worked under masters of their respective fields.
Upon completing his fellowship, Dr. Guenther was appointed to the Division of Plastic Surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and returned to Boston. In 2012, he formed Coastal Plastic Surgery LLC in Hingham, MA, in order to pursue a private aesthetic practice on Boston’s South Shore, where he lives with his family. Dr. Guenther offers plastic surgery and medical spa treatments.
