Dr. Deborah Hart is a Florida native that found her way to Houston while pursuing her passion for dentistry. After graduating dental school in 1989 from the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Hart went on to complete a two year residency there to specialize in the area of prosthodontics. She completed that program in 1991. While in her residency, Dr. Hart realized her love for teaching. After graduation she moved to Houston where she taught at the University of Texas Dental Branch for five and one-half years before going into private practice. Dr. Hart has been serving the Northwest area of Houston, and beyond since 1997 changing lives one smile at a time. She’s been known to many patients as the dentist that gives “Smiles from the Hart”. Her gentle, kind nature makes all patients, even those with dental phobias, feel right at home. Dr. Hart and her staff of highly qualified professionals realize the value of trust and understanding. They take time to get to know each of their patients …and their individual needs. Â
In her personal life, Dr. Hart has successfully raised two talented young women. She has two beautiful granddaughters who fondly refer to her as “Mona”. She loves the culinary arts, traveling, reading and working in her garden. Dr. Hart also enjoys giving back to the community through organizations such as Northwest Assistance Ministries, the Covenant House- Houston and, one most dear to her heart, the organization for Juvenile Diabetes.Â
