Dr. Dianne Marie Schlachter, MD

Dianne M. Schlachter, M.D. is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She completed her fellowship in ocular trauma and reconstructive surgery at the Kresge Eye Institute of Wayne State University, followed by an American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS®) fellowship in ophthalmic and facial plastic surgery with Consultants in Ophthalmic & Facial Plastic Surgery, P.C. in Southfield, Michigan. Dr. Schlachter is a graduate of the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and also holds a Master of Science in medical research. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and has authored numerous articles and abstracts. She recently authored two chapters in the newest edition of Smith’s Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, considered the leading textbook in her field. Dr. Schlachter is interested in all areas of ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as cosmetic surgery of the eyelids and face. …In addition, she performs endoscopic forehead lifts and offers treatment with Botox® and facial fillers.
