Dr. Elizabeth Forbes is a pediatrician and division chief for Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics at the University of Vermont Children’s Hospital and assistant professor at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM. She specializes in early diagnosis of developmental delay, intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder.
Dr. Forbes is committed to helping children with developmental disabilities reach their full potential. She believes this is best achieved through a combination of early and accurate diagnoses, treatment and service coordination, and support for caregivers at home and school.
