Dr. Cooper is board certified in Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine and practices in Paris, KY. She cares for patients of all ages, but specializes in the care of older adults. She also has an interest in Women’s Health. She cares for acute and chronic health conditions and also performs minor in-office procedures, such as laceration repairs, mole removals, etc. She makes regular visits to Bourbon Heights nursing facility in Paris to care for her residents there. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Kentucky Academy of Family Physicians.
Prior to joining Bluegrass Medical Clinic, Dr. Cooper practiced in Fremont, Nebraska at Fremont Family Care from 2010-2015. During that time she was medical director for Nye Pointe skilled nursing facility and Nye Courte assisted living facility and served as medical director for Fremont Health Medical Center’s Hospice.
