Dr. Faguna C. Patel, DO

Dr. Patel is a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She completed her fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the Florida Spine Institute. She completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York University Langone Medical Center/ Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine during which time she was also trained in Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
Dr. Patel offers a variety of treatment options to help eliminate pain. She specializes in innovative, non-operative spinal intervention procedures, as well as, diagnostic and therapeutic joint injections.
Dr. Patel is highly trained in treatment options for back and neck pain due to facet syndrome, sacroiliac joint pain, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, arthritis, and disc herniation. She is also experienced in treating peripheral neuralgias, headache, myofascial pain, neuropathic pain, and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy).
Dr. …Patel also performs Electrodiagnostic studies, which are useful in the diagnosis of neuropathy and radiculopathy, to further delineate the cause of pain.
