I believe in taking a detailed history of my patients complaints, doing an exam. Giving a detailed explanation of what the diagnosis may be and how we can evaluate with blood, radiologic and endoscopic procedures. It is important to answer all questions posed by my patient. If I don’t know the answer, research and get back to the patient. I’m old school, I don’t carry a computer in the exam room. I take written notes. This may sound trite but I treat patients like family and I have a great family.
