Dr. Fuad Rafidi, MD

Dr. Fuad Rafidi, is a board certified, general and vascular surgeon, and co-owner of the San Fernando Valley Vascular Group. He is a member of the Society of Vascular Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Rafidi specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases, and has been in practice in the San Fernando Valley since 1987. Dr. Rafidi graduated from the American University of Beirut with an M.D. degree, Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his training at Henry Ford Hospital in general and vascular surgery. He served as Chief of Surgery at Northridge Hospital, Valley Presbyterian Hospital, West Hills Hospital, and Motion Picture and Television Hospital. He is currently as assistant clinical professor at UCLA, and serves on the Board of Trustees of West Hills Hospital. San Fernando Valley Vascular Group specializes in the diagnosis and interventional treatment of vascular pathology. Using surgery or minimally invasive techniques, Dr. Fuad Rafidi …and Dr. Zahi Nassoura treat obstructive and aneurysmal diseases of the carotid, peripheral and visceral circulations, as well as venous pathology and varicose veins. We also provide creation, repair, and maintenance of hemodialysis access for patients, and port insertion and removal. San Fernando Valley Vascular Group, has a private on-site surgical suite and exam rooms, for consultations, diagnosis, and treatment. Our highly trained staff ultrasound technicians provide our physicians, referring physicians, and patients, with state-of-the-art imaging, for diagnosis, and follow up care, from our on-site vascular lab.
