Gabrielle Eckler is a Resident in Counseling who specializes in treating depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem in adults.Gabrielle completedher Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a concentration in Substance Abuse Counseling at Curry College andher master’s degree in Mental Health at Boston College. She has spent two internships focused on substance abuse counseling and working with older adults with a focus on health promotion and wellness. Gabrielle utilizes a collaborative, strength-based, solution-focused, mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)-focused treatment for anxiety and depression, while maintaining flexibility to best meet the needs of each individual.She seeks to provide a comfortable and supportive therapeutic environment that is client-centered and goal-oriented.
