Dr. Alweiss is a founding partner of Bergen Neurology Consultants. He is board certified in neurology and electrodiagnostic medicine. After receiving his MD from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, he did a neurology residency Mount Sinai Hospital and a fellowship in neuromuscular disease and EMG at NewYork-Presbyterian. He has been an attending neurologist at Englewood Hospital for over 25 years. He specializes in treating nerve disorders and headaches. He is a member of the board of the Adler Aphasia Center and teaches residents and medical students through the Neurological Institute of Columbia University. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
