Dr. Heacock is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He subsequently completed his residency at the University of Maryland Hospital in 1993. His Board Certification was obtained in 1994 from the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Heacock is the past Chief of Otolaryngology at the Anne Arundel Medical Center and was voted as one of the Top Docs of Annapolis by What’s Up Magazine.
