I knew I wanted to be a doctor when I was 5 years old. I have always enjoyed the challenges of making imperfect situations better and helping people. Surgery is a ‘once in a lifetime’ event for many patients. Although I do surgery almost every working day, I realize most of my patients do not. My goal is to make my patients as comfortable and informed about their surgery as possible to help relieve some of the stress and unknown factors. My free time is spent with my wonderful wife and three great children. My entire family has invested their time and talents with medical missions on a regular basis.
