Haralabos Zacharatos, D.O., is a fellowship trained, board-certified neurologist at the Hackensack Meridian Neuroscience Institute at JFK University Medical Center in Edison, New Jersey.
Dr. Zacharatos has more than 20 years of experience of treating patients with a range of neurological conditions, including stroke, meningitis, AVMs
At the height of COVID-19, he actively tested early theories and therapies, disease patterns, outcomes and potential treatments. He participated in the Mayo Clinic’s Expanded Access Program to convalescent plasma for the treatment of patients with severe or life-threatening COVID-19.
After receiving his medical degree from UMDNJ’s School of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Zacharatos completed his residency at University of Minnesota Medical School where he also completed two …fellowships in endovascular surgical neuroradiology and vascular neurology.
