My personal mission is to use the experience I’ve gained over 30 years of residency and private practice to provide the highest quality care that is available in modern dental science.
I have been in private practice as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon since 1980 in Lakeland, Florida, and I’ve been licensed to practice dentistry in Florida since 1976. (FL License #007401)
I am a native of Lakeland, with a long local and medical pedigree. My father practiced dentistry for 36 years here, and my Grandfather practiced medicine for 24 years.
After high school, I attended Emory University in Atlanta for my undergraduate degree in Chemistry in 1972 and my dental degree in 1976. I am a third-generation Emory graduate.
My four-year oral and maxillofacial residency at University Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, included a one-year anesthesia fellowship. I became certified by the American …Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1982, and I have been placing various types of dental implants since my residency.Â
