Dr. Hitendra Chauhan and his wife Dr. Mandeep Powar moved to sunny Lake Havasu from Chicago, Illinois. He left behind a career in academic medicine to join Midwest Internal Medicine.
Dr. Chauhan is a member of the American College Of Gastroenterology, American Society of Gastroenteral Endoscopy and the American College of Physicians. His wife, Dr. Powar, is Board Certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management. She runs the Pain Clinic at the Surgery Center.
They have two sons, Amit and Ashik, and a daughter, Jaidyn. Their family is proud to be a part of the community and find life here to be very fulfilling.
