Dr. Igor Chaplik graduated from Nova Southeastern Medical School in Fort Lauderdale with high honors. He was awarded the Morton Terry Award for Internal Medicine and subsequently trained in Dermatology at St. Barnabas Medical Center in New York, where he was Chief Resident.
After training with leaders in the field of Cosmetic and Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Chaplik joined a practice on Madison Avenue in New York City. Sunny weather, family and friends, as well as the opportunity to expand an already thriving practice, brought Dr. Chaplik back to Miami.
Dr. Chaplik, together with his colleague and partner, Dr. Jason Green, has opened Ft. Lauderdale Dermatology & Cosmetic Center. Dr. Chaplik performs a full array of state-ofthe-art cosmetic procedures. In addition, he specializes in the prevention, detection and treatment of skin cancers. He offers a full line of recommended and specially formulated skin care products that are custom-tailored for each and every patient.
