Jacinta Little is an experienced therapist with over 5 years of experience. She strives to provide a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to unpack and explore their feelings. Jacinta specializes in empowering adult clients to manage anxiety, depression, and chronic mental illnesses, as well as major life transitions, grief, and trauma. Jacinta completed her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Troy University. She gained her passion for helping others by watching her mother’s involvement in prison ministry and participating in volunteer efforts to help abused and incarcerated women regain a sense of autonomy and empowerment. Today, Jacinta uses person-centered therapy (PCT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients feel validated and empowered. Unexpressed emotions are like baggage, which tends to get heavier the longer it’s carried. Negative feelings not only steal your peace of mind but can also affect your physical health. Let Jacinta help you …unpack that mental baggage and restore your sense of peace and well-being.
