Dr. Dollar is a graduate of the University of Missouri Medical School in Columbia, Missouri. After graduating cum laude, he completed internship and residency training in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of Florida at Gainesville where he also served as Chief Resident. Following his residency, he received additional training in neuropathology at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. After completion of his fellowship training, Dr. Dollar joined an academic practice in neuropathology and surgical pathology at Albany Medical College in New York where he served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and the Department of Neurology. Dr. Dollar joined Carolinas Pathology Group and Celligent Diagnostics in 2000. He provides diagnostic subspecialty surgical neuropathology services including evaluation of brain and spinal cord biopsies, muscle and nerve biopsies, as well as autopsy neuropathology and surgical pathology diagnostic …services.
