Dr. Benanti attended medical school at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA from 1983 to 1987. Dr. Benanti completed her residency in OB-GYN at Charity Hospital in New Orleans from 1987 to 1991. She then attended the University of Arkansas School of Medicine where she completed her fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine from 1991 to 1993. Dr. Benanti currently holds positions on the Society of Perinatal Obstetricians, the East Baton Rouge Parish Medical Society, and the Louisiana State Medical Society.
