Dr. Jared Rueben Foran, MD

Jared R.H. Foran, MD is a board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in surgical and non-surgical treatments of arthritic disorders of the hip and knee. Dr. Foran believes in not only the clinical treatment of a hip or knee, but also the development of patient-physician relationship. He feels that it is important for patients to be involved in the decision-making process of their treatment to ensure successful outcomes.
Dr. Foran and his team are dedicated to educating patients and their families on the various treatment options before surgery. Dr. Foran strongly believes in using a minimally invasive approach to hip and knee replacement. He is passionate about minimizing postoperative pain and actively working with patients on achieving the quickest and most comfortable recovery possible.
Dr. Foran is also passionate about donating his time and surgical skills to organizations like Operation Walk in countries such as Nigeria, Tanzania and Vietnam. Dr. Foran has authored …or co-authored many peer-reviewed scientific papers and textbook chapters. He has also presented his research at multiple national and international conferences. He is on the editorial board and serves as a reviewer for prominent orthopaedic journals. He is also the section editor for joint replacement section of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons’ (AAOS) website.
