Jen completed her Master’s degree at Walden University. She has worked in the mental health field for over 9 years in settings including outpatient facilities, a criminal justice setting, and substance abuse treatment settings. Jen utilizes multiple approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
