Dr. Jenny Gaston

Jenny Delacruz is a Licensed Professional Counselor with about 15 years of experience. She specializes in trauma-focused therapy, depression, anxiety, couples therapy, and grief. Her approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, Christian counseling, client-focused therapy, trauma-focused therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), career counseling, and play therapy. Jenny completed her master’s in counseling from Philadelphia University and earned her specialization in Trauma Focused (CBT) Therapy from Widener University. She works well with both children and adults, from ages 6 and up. Jenny utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, and client-focused therapy. Jenny is glad that you’re here.
