Dr. Glassman is the medical director for the Department of Cardiology at Scripps Mercy Hospital. He has served as chief of staff and chief of Internal Medicine at the hospital and is a member of the Mercy Hospital Foundations board of directors. He is also an assistant clinical professor of medicine at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School, and he completed his internal medicine internship and residency and his cardiology fellowship at Scripps Mercy. Dr. Glassman is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology and interventional cardiology. He was twice voted Cardiology Teacher of the Year at Scripps Mercy.
