All about John G. Kostides DDS
Dr. Kostides was born and raised in Northwest Indiana.  He is a graduate of Merrillville High School class of 1982, a 1986 graduate of Indiana University (Bloomington) and a 1990 graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Kostides is a member of the Indiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the Northwest Indiana Dental Society. In addition, Dr. Kostides served on the Indiana State Board of Dentistry 2001-2007. Dr. Kostides, along with his wife Eva of 17 years (and counting) are raising three daughters ages 10-14. When they are not running them around, being surrounded by family and friends is what they enjoy. Cooking on weekends is Dr. Kostides’ idea of relaxation. Getting away with his buddies for fishing. . . priceless. Whenever the opportunity arises to go fishing – he’s there!
