Dr. Rastall holds his medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, as well as an M.A. in biology from East Carolina University, and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Duke University. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA, then returned to the University of North Carolina School of Medicine to complete his fellowship in Nephrology.
Since 1983, Dr. Rastall has practiced Internal Medicine and Nephrology for The Vancouver Clinic. He has been active in Clinic administration and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
