He graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences 2000, then completed his internship/residency at UCLA VA Medical Center. Then he completed his Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship at UCLA Medical Center in 2006, followed by advanced endoscopy training at Harbor UCLA Medical Center.
