Dr. Demasio is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology, and board-certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine. She has been practicing in the NY tristate area for over twenty years, and has been dedicated to treating women with pregnancy loss. Dr. Demasio earned her Bachelors’s degree at NYU and her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry-New Jersey Medical School (presently known as Rutgers New Jersey Medical School). Soon after medical school, she completed a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University Mailman’s School of Public Health, with concentration in Health Policy and Management. Training in Ob/Gyn was bi-coastal completing an internship at NYU and residency at Stanford University in California. Fellowship training in Maternal & Fetal Medicine (high-risk Obstetrics) was completed at Yale University. She remarks that her mentors at these top institutions accepted nothing short of excellence and they provided her with “a solid” foundation …that she has built upon. The physician that I am today is a result of my background, training, and experience as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine sub-specialist. One of my priorities is to help women, especially those who are silently struggling to achieve their family goals, and who do not know where to turn. I am here for them.
