Dr. Karion Walker

Karion Walker is a Resident in Counseling in the state of Virginia, who has over 5 years of working in the mental health field, providing therapeutic care and psychoeducation to adults, couples, and adolescents seeking help with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, coping skills, and anger management. Karion completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and his Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Old Dominion University. Heutilizes multiple approaches to counseling, such as strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and person-centered. Karion does well with maintaining flexibility and awareness throughout each session to help him to meet the needs of each individual that he works with. Karion seeks to be as empathic and compassionate as possible to provide services that will help empower, encourage, and promote positive change to clients, to help them to become the best versions of themselves.
