Kathy Henson is a Licensed Certified Social Worker with 10 years of experience in mental health. She realizes that the simple things in life can become complex quickly, and that sometimes you just need a helping hand to figure things out. Kathy is interested in working with adults with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Kathy completed her Master of Social Work at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock. After 20+ years of working to help others, she decided that she wanted to do more than help someone find the peanut butter in aisle 3. Her experience in advocating for others in customer service and retail management led her to advocate for her clients in social work. We all go through different experiences and see things through different filters. Kathy wants to help you take your experiences and your filters, and make those things make sense with the rest of the world.
