Kelly Gilfillan is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with more than 22 years of medication management experience treating a wide scope of mental health issues. She specializes in working with adults and seniors coping with ADHD, anger, sleep disorders, schizophrenia, OCD, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and much more. Kelly completed her Master’s degree in Nursing at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She’s lived in Atlanta for over 20 years and practiced in a variety of mental health environments within the area. She works to ensure all clients are able to express their concerns and utilize an effective and individualized treatment plan. It takes courage to get started.
