Dr. Knoelle Park is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who is joining the Talkiatry team to begin her post-residency career. Dr. Park knows a patient is much more than an illness. With empathic listening, she collaborates with her clients to understand their background, values, and goals for treatment. Although her practice focuses on medication management, she strives to incorporate modalities such as supportive therapy to enhance treatment and will encourage her clients to seek more intensive therapy when indicated.
Dr. Park completed her undergraduate training at the University of Texas at Austin and subsequently received her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. She recently completed her general adult psychiatry training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Dr. Park focuses on treating the adult population between the ages of 18-65 years. She utilizes both psychopharmacologic and …psychotherapeutic treatment interventions. She has experience treating a wide range of diagnoses including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, psychotic disorders, PTSD, and OCD.
