Dr. Kostantinos Poulikidis, MD

As part of the JFK Advanced Lung and Airway Center, I diagnose and treat patients with both cancerous and non-cancerous disorders of the lung. Furthermore, my interests include the treatment of benign and malignant disease of the esophagus, foregut, and mediastinum with a minimally invasive approach. I have a passion for thoracic surgery because it is a constantly evolving field that requires teamwork with multiple medical disciplines. My patients can expect honesty and will never feel rushed through their health visit. I include patients and their family members in the decision making process and take the time to answer all questions. The greatest reward is hearing feedback from patients who have found relief and a better quality of life after treatment.
