Kristin Pelinka M.D., FAAP, is a board certified pediatrician and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and has been practicing pediatrics in Southern California since 2006.
She was born at Hoag Hospital and grew up locally in Corona del Mar. Dr. Pelinka graduated cum laude from Duke University, and received her medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, where she was voted Pediatric Resident of the Year in 2006.
Dr. Pelinka remains committed to community service and has participated in medical missions trips to Central America, Africa, and India. She and her husband Rob are happily raising their two young children in the Port Streets of Newport Beach.
