Dr. Weaver sees children who require care in any area of Neurology, however her specialty is caring for patients with epilepsy/seizure disorders. She sees patients in her office, as well as in the Children’s Hospital of New York.Dr. Weaver’s research interests include how genetic diagnoses inform epilepsy outcomes, specifically after epilepsy surgery. Her current project aims to discover how genetic testing is being used in the presurgical workup for epilepsy in major epilepsy centers across the country.
