Leah Hastings is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in the child advocacy and social services fields. She finds her passion in working with underserved populations, including youth involved in the criminal justice system and families reliant on state services. Prior to earning her MSW, she worked with incarcerated youth and families involved in the child welfare system. She specializes in treating trauma, ADHD, gender identity, grief, anxiety, and depression with a holistic approach to meet each client’s complex needs. Additionally, she has experience in navigating sudden loss and large life transitions. Leah completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Indiana University/Purdue University Indianapolis. Leah’s experiences, both personal and professional, allow her to approach clients holistically, taking into account not only mental health needs but also the systems that impact individuals daily. There are some challenges that we all face daily and …others that come out of the blue. Whether you need help building skills to cope with daily life stressors, or you need skills to cope with traumatic experiences, Leah feels prepared to assist you with gaining a new perspective.
