Lindsey completed her master’s in mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling at Naropa University and earned her bachelor’s in psychology and sociology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Lindsey is oriented towards somatic-based parts work, an approach which honors the multidimensional nature of the human experience.
