    Dr. Mittal graduated from All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. He completed his Pediatric Residency there and also at St. Lukes / Roosevelet Hospital Ctr in New York. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center in 1997. He is Board Certified in General Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. He has been on the medical staff at the clinic and at Onslow Memorial hospital since 1997. He serves as the medical director of the NICU at Onslow Memorial Hospital.
