I am EMDR and neurofeedback trained and helped many through the pains of trauma. I have worked with people in various settings for suicidal attempts/thoughts and those drowning in abuse. Many times, people just need support and a direction in order to move forward. I can help with those feelings of being overwhelmed, lost, self-hate, suicidal ideation, or depression, and trauma. I can teach skills to help regulate intense emotions, thinking errors and to build a positive self-esteem.
