Dr. Marijean Michele Miller, MD

Marijean Miller, MD, is an expert in all aspects of pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus who has cared for children at Children’s National Medical Center for 14 years. Dr. Miller also sees adults with strabismus. She is a recognized clinician, surgeon, and teacher.
She is board certified in ophthalmology, a member of the American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, the Academy of Ophthalmology and is an elected committee member at the FDA. Dr.Miller’s publications are numerous on topics in pediatric eye care including: amblyopia, strabismus, retinopathy of prematurity, visual disabilities in children and rare disease case reports, as well as original research using spectral Doppler ultrasound to evaluate the optic nerve.
