Dr. Mary W. Hopkins is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. Dr. Hopkins has worked with individuals who are struggling with a variety of mental health, and substance abuse. No matter how difficult the situation or circumstances may appear, she knows that every client has within them the creativity and capability to create the change they prefer. Her work focuses on helping clients tap into and mobilize their inner resources so that they can quickly develop effectivesolutions and relief from even long-standing problems, resolve ambivalence, gain new insightsand perspectives, and navigate life with more confidence and joy. Dr. Hopkins provides secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth counseling sessions intended to meet the needs of people who are either too busy or simply prefer the convenience and ease of receiving therapy from the comfort of their own homes or offices.
