Matthew Harmon is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 5 years of experience in the mental health field. Matt completed his Master of Arts in Counseling at Huntington University. Matt utilizes a blend of treatment approaches such as dialectal behavior therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, We all need help when we encounter challenges in life.
